Candle Care
We recommend placing your candle on a level, fire-resistant dish before lighting, as soy wax melts at a low temperature and may soften or pool while burning. Always keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Natural soy wax can develop a delicate frosted layer over time – a hallmark of its purity. To restore its smooth finish, simply buff the surface with your fingertips or a soft cloth.
For the best burn, trim your wick to 5mm before lighting and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. Extinguish with care and avoid moving the candle while warm.

Packaging
Every order is thoughtfully packed using recycled and biodegradable materials.

Your candle will arrive wrapped in unbleached tissue paper and cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts made from corn, which can be composted with your food waste or dissolved in water. We seal all parcels with paper tape and encourage you to recycle or reuse every element.

A sustainable unboxing experience – completely free from plastic.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please visit our Delivery & Returns page and follow the instructions outlined in the Returns section.
When will I receive my order?

Are Atelier Ethos candles hypoallergenic?

Our candles are crafted from only two natural ingredients – 100% soy wax and unbleached organic cotton wicks – and are completely free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, and additives. While not formally certified as hypoallergenic, they are generally well tolerated by those with sensitivities or allergies to conventional candles.
