• United Kingdom: £3.99 – delivered within 3–5 business days of dispatch
• European Union: £14.99 (charged in local currency)
• Rest of the World: £23.99 (charged in local currency)

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your Atelier Ethos purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
• Items must be returned in their original condition – unused and with all tags and packaging intact.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
